Alysha Hudson Dance & Yoga

I headed over to Lowestoft to photograph two of Alysha’s wonderful classes - A dance & movement session and a seated yoga session.

Thank you so much for welcoming me into the classes (and to the participants for being so open to photos!) I love how happy folks look in the photos and it is an absolute reflection of the wonderful warm spaces Alysha creates for her classes 😊 It was a delight to be there.
